Before leaving home, e-mail a copy of the above to yourself at apassword-secure e-mail address that’s easily accessible from an internet cafe (hotmail, gmail, yahoo, etc.) In case everything is lost, you can retrieve account numbers and passport info., print them, and accomplish the tasks.
