Lebombo: the whole thing is so thought provoking I can&#039;t come up with anything to comment. I have the feeling Afrika is a big continent in many many ways. ;)

And so you&#039;re on the road again? Do you know all the pilots and stewards/stewardesses? Do they greet you by first name?
